Welcome to Goodman's Tax Consulting

We are excited to assist you with your tax preparation.

Before you begin, please take a moment to review the process so your return can be completed accurately and without delay.

How This Process Works for S-Corporation Returns

To begin preparing your S-Corporation tax return (Form 1120-S), you will complete two steps:

Step 1

Business Intake Form
Provide details about your S-Corporation—such as ownership, income, expenses, payroll, and any changes during the year.

Step 2

Engagement Agreement and Disclosures
Review and sign our service agreement, consent forms, and key disclosures required by the IRS and your state.

Both steps must be completed before your return can be prepared.

Important Information for S-Corp Filers

Provide accurate and complete information. Incomplete or incorrect details may delay your return, cause missed deductions, or result in filing issues.

Submitting the intake is not the same as filing your return. This process begins the preparation phase. Your return will not be filed until all required documents and signed agreements are received and reviewed.

Be aware of deadlines. S-Corporation returns are generally due by March 15 unless an extension is filed
